Babies will do what they want. If they want to sleep, they will go to sleep. When they are hungry, they will cry until you feed them. And if they need a new diaper... well, you get the idea. The beautiful little Maci was sure to let us know that it wasn't up to us for her photo shoot! Maria (who we met once before for her
maternity session) and her husband, Chad, brought their pretty little daughter in to see me when she was just about two weeks old. Usually that would be perfect! Just get her to sleep and have fun putting baby in all sorts of cute outfits and poses. Maci decided that was not going to happen! She was more than willing to sleep, but only if Mom or Dad was holding her. So after awhile, we gave up and just let her do what she wanted! Even though we didn't get to use the adorable bear hat and diaper cover Maria brought with her, we got some adorable photos of Maci cuddling with her two favorite people in world. I promise we'll have more fun next time, little lady!
