Summer decided to kick spring to the curb this year. And it was in full swing for my early June wedding. Candi and Paul had a super warm day to say "I do!" on. But "I do" they did, and were good sports about the heat during pictures as well.
To use Candi's phrase, our itinerary was "out the window" from the start. Getting ready was a little chaotic and took some extra time. Our first look at Doozie's Ice Cream was a bit rushed because of the full sunlight and ZERO shade we had... way too hot do stay out in that for long. But despite all the running around, we had to do to get there, we still had a great time at Nelson Park in Mount Pleasant taking family and couple photos. We kept to the shade as much as possible, given that the temp was around 85 degrees and the humidity couldn't have been any less than 90%!
Even with the heat and the running around, it was great to see the loving smiles these two exchanged throughout the day. It's always refreshing to see a couple in love on their big day! Congratulations to both of you! I wish you both the best!

^Thanks to my lovely assistant, Taylor, for this beautifullly framed shot!
^Although we tried to stay in the shade, I don't know how Paul could stand the head in the long sleeves. What a trooper.
^Taylor hasn't ever shot a wedding before, but she's got a great eye... A pretty image she took while I worked with the girls.
^Candi looking pretty darn gorgeous!
