Sneak Peek: Bart & Alicia

This year, we are trying to do ALL SORTS of pre-wedding season weddings. I'm not mad about it! That does definitely leave the weather up to chance, but sometimes, you just can't sweat the small stuff. Despite some craziness this past Friday, Alicia and Bart's wedding was beautiful and we had a lot of fun. These two are wonderful people alone and an absolute perfect pair together! I can't wait to get further into the images, but here's your sneak peek for now!

Tuni & Lauren: Engaged! (Kalamazoo Wedding Photography)

Outdoor winter sessions have a tendency to be tricky since the weather here in Michigan can be pretty unpredictable and definitely unreliable this time of year. But we got a surprisingly great day for Tuni and Lauren's session at the Al Sabo Land Reserve down toward Kalamazoo. The weather was sunny and pretty warm for mid/late February, and despite my also-unreliable GPS, it was great to finally meet Tuni and Lauren!

It was great learning more about these two as a couple and hearing more about their wedding. Tuni's family is coming over from Turkey this summer for the big day, they have 8 bridesmaid and 8 groomsmen AND they found the perfect vegan cater for their wedding dinner. Even though it was a challenge trekking over the occasional icy and muddy spots, we got some great shots and I'm even more excited to be their wedding photographer in a few months!

Jade: Glass House Mini Session (Grand Rapids GLAM Photographer)

Our last of the Glass House sessions was another fabulous and familiar face, Jade! She came with her wine-colored, flowing dress (with those leg slits!), and it was absolutely perfect to finish out the sessions. Shooting in the winter is so much better when you have a (mostly!) warm and covered space to shoot in. How to I get myself one of these glass houses???
