It's time for Part Two of Emmy's adorable session, and let me tell you, this part had me extra excited!

After capturing some charming photos of Emmy in her fancy dress, we decided to spice things up a bit! The real fun began when my friend, Jill, joined Emmy for a delightful baking session. They whipped up some delicious buttercream frosting and decorated birthday cupcakes. Delicious! And of course, they were kind enough to share their sweet creations with Dad once they were done. It was messy, it was sweet, it was pure goodness!

I absolutely adore these lifestyle shoots where everyone gets involved in an activity. It not only creates beautiful memories but also results in some incredibly fun and adorable candid shots.

Emmy - Part One (Grand Rapids Children's Photographer)

If you've been following along, you might have noticed that things have been pretty quiet on the blog this year. But have no fear! I've been gearing up for an exciting spring and summer ahead. But in the meantime, I had the pleasure of reconnecting with one of my favorite families for a photo session, and we had a blast in a fantastic location capturing some truly special moments.

So, welcome to Part One of Emmy's adorable session!

We were celebrating Emmy's upcoming 4th birthday, and let me tell you, she was an absolute joy to photograph. With her infectious energy and playful spirit, she kept us all on our toes from start to finish! From chasing her around Venue3Two to coaxing her to take off her socks, every moment was filled with laughter and excitement.
