This year is taking another turn, but in the midst of it all, there are still a few good things worth celebrating. Despite everything (and with lots of masks!), my sister and my now brother-in-law were able to tie the knot in Tennessee. What a GORGEOUS mountaintop wedding it was. I may have a few too many to share, despite missing a lot of parts of the wedding (I was in it!), I think it's still worth a look.

Last but not least, meet Peter and Diane, the owners of the Garden View Barn! They are located not far from my house, and I'd driven past their property for quite a few years, always admiring the garden they had out in front of their home. Just two years ago, they decided to give weddings a try, and this summer when I drove past and realized what was going on, I couldn't wait to see more! I'm so glad I connected with Diane and checked out their venue as it's absolutely beautiful and so well kept up. Truly a gorgeous place and I hope to get a chance to shoot a wedding there soon. For now, I'm more than happy to settle for the sessions I've gotten do to thus far. Thank you both for your great work!

It's been over 10 years since I first met this couple, and not long after I was able to photograph their wedding. Not long after that, their little ones were ready for the newborn closeups with me. I love seeing them every so often for a family photo update! Owen and Allison are so big now!!!

You saw these cuties yesterday too, but here is the rest of their session. Rowan was a hoot, and doing great helping the twins. P.S. They JUST turned "1" right before we did their session at Garden View Barn. Happy Birthday, little ones!

Next up, the Lowing family (you'll see our next family in a few shots too as they are related!). It was great meeting the kids and convincing everyone to SMILE! Caleb had fun collecting various grasses throughout the session too, so keep an eye out for that shot ;)
