When Aubrey was born, my husband and I were working with her grandma on finding our new house. She was our realtor. Through a long and tiring process, we finally got our house, and though we had heard so much about the little cutie, we never got to meet her! Too much work and not enough fun ;) Well, the day finally came! It was good to see her grandma, Shea, again and meet the rest of Aubrey's family, who all came along for the photo fun. But it was most exciting to meet this adorable little lady! She was very fashionable, smiley and loved to dance during her session. She's quite the ABBA and Mama Mia fan, so we had lots of fun.
Mom brought her a little cake, but she warned me that Aubrey didn't care much for the birthday cake from her party the previous weekend, so we weren't sure how that was going to go. Sure enough, she poked it a few times, but got a little angry when we tried to get her to play with it and eat it. That's okay, she's just too much of a lady to make that big of a mess in my studio! Luckily, the rest of the session was lots of fun and she had lots of smiles to share.
It was great to finally meet Aubrey and I'm so glad she came to see me!
