Two weddings in one weekend? Phew! This was my first of two double weekends for this summer and though it's a little tiring, it is always worth it in the end. Adam and Lauren's wedding as no exception. It was absolutely gorgeous! They chose the gorgeous Great Oaks Country Club as the backdrop for their big day and even with a few rain clouds threatening, the day went off pretty much without a hitch. There were hiccups here and there, which is to be expected, but these two were so excited to get married, nothing could deter everyone from having a wonderful day.
I had my good friends and assistants, Kristin and Misty, helping out on this one, and it was so nice, being pregnant and all! We got a ton of great photos even with a slightly smaller time frame (that willow tree was THE BEST SPOT EVER), and had a BLAST at the reception. These people know how to have a good time.
On another note, this is the third wedding I've done for Adam's family. He's the last of three siblings to get married and have me share the day with them, which is a first for me. His parents, sisters, and brothers-in-law have been such a pleasure to work with, and even though I'm sad it's over, it was so much fun. His and Lauren's fabulous wedding was a great way to wrap it up!
Bla bla, Jenna, time for photos! Check out all the great details and fun below. And congrats to Lauren and
Adam!
