Having been to as many weddings as I have, you see a lot of friendship and family bonding. But every once and awhile, it seems like one couple's family and friends REALLY get it. Though it was definitely a small and intimate gathering, every single person at
Jared and Justine's wedding added to the atmosphere of love and friendship that persisted throughout the day. All of their family was infinitely helpful (Mom and stepdad pretty much orchestrated the whole dinner and reception, Grandma followed Justine around helping with her dress during photos) and their friends not only assisted with some key elements in the wedding (cake, flowers, etc) but were having a great time enjoying each other and sharing the love with the newlyweds.
The setting was mild and perfect; the Flat River was calm, peaceful and gorgeous as a backdrop for Jared and Justine's ceremony, which was officiated by her brother. Fallasburg Park was in beautiful form for photos and despite a lot of walking being required, we hit all the best spots! And dinner was a simple but tasty combo of salad and sandwiches... oh and did I mention there was a s'more station? There was a s'more station! I know my assistant, Jess, enjoyed that part as well ;)
Sometimes, the simplest of weddings turn out to be perfectly amazing. To illustrate, I've included a super long post below for you to enjoy! Congrats again to Justine and Jared! It was a pleasure working with you both.
