October was just a whirlwind. After years of doing weddings, I've learned that doing more than two weddings per month is a challenge, especially in the ultra-busy fall. But I'm a sucker for punishment if nothing else, so last but DEFINITELY not least was
Grant and Paige's downtown GR wedding at the end of the month. In the tradition of the rest of October 2023, it was a pretty dreary looking day, but it was warm and perfect for photos. We got a ton of amazing shots.
These two were over the moon to be making it official on their wedding day and it was such a pleasure to spend their time with them and get to be a witness to their love for one another. Paige and Grant read their vows to one another as we did the first look and they got to spend pretty much the whole day together. We added their friends into the mix for photos as well, and we got a ton of great, fun shots (including leaf tossing and tons of laughs).
Despite the clouds, we were blessed with a beautiful, over-the-treetops sunset and don't forget Paige's beautiful cathedral veil! Muah!
It was worth it to get all those October weddings in, and it was such a pleasure to round out the month with this one. I wish the two of you SO much love and joy. I can't wait to see what the future holds for you both.
