It was hot. On Saint Patrick's Day. In Michigan. Huh? It's been so gorgeous, almost like it's time for summer! Couldn't have asked for a nicer day to meet up with Michelle and Josh for a mini engagement session in Eastown, Grand Rapids. Eastown is such an awesome place. I regrettfully have not spent a whole lot of time there, however, when I do, it's always a treat. Great, eclectic little shops and restaurants are all over the place, and the surrounding neighborhood is so nice, quaint, and even pretty darn fancy, depending on where you are!
Anyway, I digress... Michelle asked me to be her wedding photographer at the end of last year and of course I was thrilled. We went to school together, so I've known her a long time. Josh is new to me, but he seems a pretty good guy. He dealt with my photographing like a champ anyway ;-) We stayed in a pretty tight area, since we were just doing a quick session, and ended up inside of Yesterdog, which is an awesome hot dog joint. It's a really cool little spot, as you'll see below.
Josh and Michelle will be back very soon. They are tying the knot in Traverse City at the end of June, and of course I will be there. Looking forward to it!
