Another birthday? Yup! This time, another little friend of mine, Simon, is turning 1! He was born just two weeks after my little Laina came along, and I got to meet him a day or so after he came along. Since then, his big sister, Ellie, and he have some fun hanging out with my girls. Simon is the happiest little guy, with a big grin on pretty much any time I see him.

His birthday is tomorrow so wish him a great one!!!

Little Kasen: 7 months (West Michigan Children's Photographer)

This little cutie is my new buddy, Kasen. He's been around a little while now, having come along this past summer. His big sister is a pal of mine as well, and his mommy is my buddy, Kristin! He was a great sport for he photos, and it was good to see his smiling face again. We did a couple photos that were similar to some we did for his big sister a couple years ago, and did some updated cute boy photos as well. You'll see him again this summer for his one year session, I'm sure!

Elaina: My First Birthday (Grand Rapids Children's Photographer)

What better way to celebrate my daughter's first birthday than photos and cake?!? That's what we did... alllllll weekend as she turned one on 1/25. She's walking like a champ but still behaved herself in the studio and earned her treat. Laina is such a sweet and feisty little lady, I can't wait to see what her second year brings!
