Sneak Peek: Tuni & Lauren

Another weekend, another wedding! It was a warm one but it certainly was a beautiful day for Tuni and Lauren's wedding on the shores of Gull Lake. Surrounded by their loved ones, they said their vows and spent the evening enjoying all the company. And there was a LOT of dancing! Once and awhile, a couple comes along that you just fall in love with! When I first met these two via an online Zoom chat, I felt like we really just hit it off. They are so bubbly and genuine, it was refreshing and fun to talk with them. I'm so excited they chose me for their photographer for their October wedding because YAY! I like them so much! 

They were in Michigan back in June and we were able to meet up in Rockford for their engagement session. Despite some parking issues, it was absolutely PERFECT for photos and we got a ton of great ones. These two have a great dynamic and are adorable together, so enjoy this session... only a few more months until you see them here again!

Austen & Courtney: A Lakeside Wedding (West Michigan Wedding Photographer)

The busiest weekend ever, but when I get to spend it with couples in love, I'll take it. 

I was at Bay Pointe Inn for a second wedding in a row on May 22. I had JUST met Courtney the day before (as they were doing their rehearsal while I was wandering by for the other wedding I had at Bay Pointe) but we've been chatting for a year now and I love finally getting meet with couples in person. 

It was a beautiful sunny day and that sun certainly helped knock a little of the chill in the air out for us.

Most of the guests were from out of town, but they made the most of their Michigan lake day with a perfect wedding and reception. Gun Lake was looking gorgeous, that's for sure! It was great meeting this couple and their family and friends. Congrats to the two of you, and I am so glad I got the chance to be a part of your wedding day.
