Ahhh, July. I suppose what better for a lakeside wedding than a 90 degree days with full sun? It was beautiful, but just a little bit hot for Tuni and Lauren's big day on the shores of Gull Lake. Despite the heat, they had a wonderful afternoon together with family and friends, celebrating their love and getting tons of amazing portraits once that sun took a break that evening.
It was a whirlwind once we got started, but honestly, sometimes those days work out the best. The two of them and their family members planted a tree during their ceremony, which was a wonderful touch. And Tuni and Lauren had told me how excited they were about their caterers as they are both vegan and wanted to be sure to offer that during their dinner. Personally, I was in LOVE with the cake, but you didn't hear it from me!
The reception featured tons of dancing, including a Zumba performance led by instructor Lauren. Her and Tuni obviously had the moves together too, as their first dance was fabulous, so make sure you check out those photos below. It was lots of fun and all the guests joined in for the party!
