It's been quiet on the blog for over a month now! That means 2023 is off to a slow start, but it's still a start nonetheless! I was super excited to be able to be a part of a VERY special day for two awesome people last Friday. David and Kim (you've met them before!) made it official at the Justice of the Peace in Chicago and then celebrated with a few friends and me at the Museum of Ice Cream!
None of us had ever been to this place before, but we were excited to give it a try. A great after-wedding location (even if it was SO MUCH PINK!). We wandered around, tried some snacks, snapped some photos and made some memories. It was such a pleasure to be a part of such a special occasion for these two. You'll see them again next year when they have their big shindig with family and friends, but for now, enjoy this "ice cream engagement" of the newlyweds!
