One thing I definitely have to say about Sam is... this girl is beautiful! I'm not sure she's the biggest fan of being the center of attention, but she definitely was shining on her wedding day with Marcus. And Marcus is a pretty good looking man himself, and such a ham, so there was no doubt who the stars of the show were at their wedding. I've had the pleasure of working with the Carlstrom family before, and had a blast catching up with a lot of familiar faces at their wedding in Houghton Lake.
It was an absolutely beautiful, sunny day and what a perfect setting for the occasion. I also loved the bright colors and vibrant flowers that the couple picked out for their beach-themed wedding. Set rigth on the lake, they pulled it off so nicely! Marcus and Sam were both radiant throughout the day, and it was so nice seeing how much they care for each other, and their
little baby boy, Isaiah, as well. He wasn't as thrilled about photos as they were, but we made it work.
The reception was super cute as well. As I said, I loved the orange and blue together. Marcus's mom, Tammy, was the cake/cupcake professional (we've done quite a few wedding with her fabulous snacks) and I was not disappointed (she even gave Kristin and I a sample before the party started ;) It was a great party at that, and since Marcus and family are from my hometown, I got to celebrate a little too. All in all, a perfect day for the couple! Thank you, Marcus and Sam, I had so much fun with you both, and wish you both a lifetime of love and happiness!
