Dell & Erica: A Wedding Worth Waiting For (Grand Rapids Wedding Photographer)

April 23, 2022

One pandemic and a new baby later, Dell and Erica were finally able to make their marriage official in front of family and friends.

And what a day it was! When someone gets married in April, you know there's a pretty good chance that the weather will be pretty chilly, maybe a little (or a lot!) wet. But in what felt like appreciation for all the waiting these two had to do, they got a day that would rival some of the best days that could be found in June. It was absolutely gorgeous, which made it possible to do their ceremony as well as their photos entirely outside. We even got a lovely sunset out of the deal. Perfect and well deserved!

Though it was a much longer wait than any of us would ever have expected back when we met in 2019, it certainly was a pleasure to get to know and finally celebrate the wedding of this couple. They've overcome a lot in their lives and now it's on to the next big thing as a family!

Congrats, Dell and Erica. I'm so glad you chose me to be a part of your wedding day.
