Jill and Haley saw one of my GLAM friend shoots last year and knew they had to do something similar. I've known Jill since college and have photographed her a number of times, and was thrilled that she wanted to do this. She and Haley are both moms and they know the value of doing little things like this for yourself once and awhile. And they made a weekend of their photo shoot in the best way!
Haley and Jill live on the east side of the state, so they got a hotel for the weekend, spent time hanging out together, got pampered at the amazing About Face of Grand Rapids and then headed to the studio to hang out with each other and me! Little black dresses, macarons (JEM Macaron) and rosé was a great way to put on a fabulous shoot.
If you've never considered doing a shoot like this, PLEASE DO! It's so much fun, really relaxed and an absolute blast! You won't be sorry!
