Kyle + Suzy: A Wedding (Mount Pleasant Wedding Photographer)

June 23, 2012

Kyle and Suzy were music to each others' ears. Pardon the pun, but music is what brought these two together. They met at the University of Indiana while working on their higher degrees in music. Kyle now has his doctorate and Suzy completed her master's program recently as well. Nothing like a common interest to bring a couple together! All joking aside, they are such a sweet pair. Watching them take their vows and seeing the looks on their faces throughout the day was priceless. Couples in love are amazing.

The day was warm, but not too hot, and though we were running a little behind at times (honestly, what wedding doesn't?), we had lots of time to take some amazing photographs at the Soaring Eagle Casino. What a beautiful setting! Suzy was the most beautiful bride and Kyle sure did clean up nicely as well! The evening was also full of great food (and AMAZING cupcakes, as my assistant for the day, Kristin Huyck, would tell you!), lots of music and dancing, and generally a great time.

Best wishes to Kyle and Suzy as they head down to Texas to start their new life together!

^Stunning!!!

^One of my favorites of Suzy.

^A cute one by Kristin.

^An awesome rainbow I saw right after the girl's photos! Cool!

^Our very dashing groom!

^"Superhero" pose? Nah, just Kyle being awesome.

^The groom's face when he sees his bride for the first time is always amazing!

^Love the bouquet. Country Flowers always does a great job!

^The sun was behaving and hiding behind the clouds for all our after-wedding portraits!

^Another good side angle from Kristin.

^LOVE THIS ONE!

^Another of my favorites! The scene goes great with their colors!

^Breaking out the off-camera-flash techniques ;-)

^So mmmmm...

^Can't wait for a cupcake!

^A little dip at the end!

^Isn't the room gorgous? Loved the lighting.
